These terms govern the use of psy-help.ee and bookings for consultations provided by Grin studio OÜ. By booking through the website, by phone or by email, the client confirms that they have read these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Provider and service
Provider: Grin studio OÜ, registry code 12261817, address: Sojakooli 14-36, Tallinn, Estonia. Consultations are provided by psychologist Nikita Grigoriev.
Psychological consultations are provided in person in Tallinn or online through Google Meet or another agreed platform. They are not medical services: the psychologist does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or provide emergency psychiatric care.
If there is an immediate threat to life or an acute crisis, call 112 or contact the nearest emergency department.
2. Booking, contract and communications
The client selects a service and time and supplies contact details. A booking is accepted when Team Booking registers it and displays a confirmation on the website; a copy of the confirmation is also sent by email. The booking is stored in the website’s WordPress database with the hosting provider and transferred to Google Calendar to manage the schedule. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
The supplied email address receives service messages: confirmation, booking changes or cancellation, and practical information about the meeting, payment and online connection. One optional feedback request may be sent after the scheduled time of a booking that has not been cancelled. Responding is optional; you can opt out of further requests by contacting info@psy-help.ee.
An email address supplied for a booking is not used for advertising, newsletters or third-party promotions without separate consent. Contact details are not sold or shared for another party’s advertising.
3. Price and payment
- in-person consultation, 60 minutes — EUR 100;
- in-person consultation, 90 minutes — EUR 150;
- online consultation, 60 minutes — EUR 100.
If a different duration or price is agreed before booking, the individually agreed terms apply. Payment is made after the meeting, in cash for an in-person consultation or by bank transfer. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due immediately after the meeting or within 24 hours after an invoice is issued.
4. Right to withdraw from a distance contract
When a consumer enters into the contract through the website, by phone or by email, they may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the contract is concluded by sending an unambiguous statement to info@psy-help.ee. This right does not apply to a booking made directly at the place where the service is provided.
If the client separately requests that the service begin before the 14-day period ends and later withdraws after performance has begun, an amount proportionate to the service already supplied may be payable. After the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends only where the statutory conditions have been met. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
5. Cancellation, rescheduling and late arrival
The client may cancel or reschedule without a charge by giving notice at least 24 hours before the meeting. For a later cancellation or failure to attend without notice, compensation of EUR 50 for the reserved time may be charged.
If the client is late, the meeting is normally not extended and the full consultation fee remains due. If the meeting does not take place due to the provider, another suitable time is offered. These rules do not limit the statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared during a consultation is handled confidentially in accordance with professional duties and Estonian law. Access by technical providers to necessary data and disclosures required by law are described in the Privacy Policy.
Information may be disclosed without the client’s consent only where there is an applicable lawful basis, including an immediate threat to life or health, child protection, or a binding request from an authorised public authority.
7. Responsibility and expected outcome
The psychologist applies professional knowledge and skills but cannot guarantee a particular outcome. Results depend on the client’s circumstances, the work done together and other factors. The client remains responsible for decisions about their own life.
The provider is not responsible for failures of the client’s internet connection or equipment. If a technical problem occurs, the parties try to agree on a reasonable solution.
8. Use of the website
Website materials provide general information and do not replace an individual consultation, diagnosis or emergency help. Text, design and other materials are protected by copyright. Reasonable quotation with a reference is allowed; systematic copying or commercial reuse requires permission.
The website may contain links and embedded material from other services. Their operation is governed by the relevant provider’s terms.
9. Complaints, disputes and changes
Complaints may be sent to info@psy-help.ee or made by phone at +372 553 8455. The parties first try to resolve the matter directly. If no agreement is reached and the matter falls within its competence, the consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee at TTJA or a competent court.
Estonian law applies. The terms may be updated when services, the website or legal requirements change. A booking is governed by the terms in effect when it was confirmed unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
