The profession of a psychologist is often associated with Hollywood movies, where a client lies on a couch, talks about their problems, and the specialist nods and writes something in a notebook. In the past, psychological sessions often looked exactly like this. Conversations could last for months or even years.

In the 21st century, this has changed significantly.

Over the last few decades, we have begun to understand how the brain works better than at any point in human history. Today, we know that resentment, low self-confidence, procrastination, and similar difficulties are not flaws, but natural functions of the brain, shaped by evolution in a world very different from the one we live in now.

In the past, psychology and neurobiology barely intersected. Today, they effectively complement each other. This makes it unnecessary to waste time searching for abstract concepts such as “harmony” or “self-love.”

Thanks to modern research, we now have tools that make it possible to quickly identify the root causes of a problem and find effective ways to resolve them.

FAST RESULTS

You have probably heard that to solve problems you need to love and accept yourself. Yet no one really explains how to do that. There is usually no clear definition of what “love” even means in this context. Instead, you are often offered to spend several years of your life in psychotherapy.

However, if I take my car in for repairs, I do not expect to bring it back to the garage again a week later. And then another week later. And then again and again.

Today, the most valuable resource is time. My task is to save you time and, as a result, money.

Our problems are usually just symptoms of something more serious. I help identify the cause, the root of the problem. Once you see it, everything falls into place: you understand not only why this happened, but also what to do about it. From this comes a new, clear understanding of the situation, often enough for positive changes to begin in your life.
