There is no instruction for life. A professional psychologist doesn’t give you ready-made solutions. He helps to look at the problem without emotional distortion, so you can see its causes.

Only after such an impartial analysis, the situation becomes clear and, as a result, less traumatic.

But most importantly, there is a clear understanding of how to proceed.

The required amount of sessions: Our task is to find suitable couping tools that you can use in daily life, so you do not have to visit a psychologist on a regular basis.

For most clients, a few sessions, with recurring visits as needed, are sufficient.

At the beginning of relationships, everything is just great! We enjoy each other and believe that love will accompany us throughout our whole lives.

However, over time, feelings cool down, and instead of love and understanding, we accumulate mutual claims and resentments, as the result, we don’t even notice how we move away from each other.

I help couples in crisis situations to hear each other. Transform issues and grievances into concrete relationship-building tools. So you can build relationships, you’ve always dreamed of.

First, I invite partners separately for an individual consultation. This gives you the opportunity to describe the situation from your own perspective. The third consultation is when you come together. During it, I help the couple to constructively discuss each other’s needs and expectations, as well as find concrete solutions to overcome the crisis that are suitable for each partner.

Joint consultation fee: 100€
Duration: 1,2-1,5 hours

Following regular consultations fee: 50€
Duration: 1 hour

The required amount of sessions: At least – 3 sessions. 2 individual and 1 joint session. For most couples, it is enough to start off. However, regular consultations prove to be more efficient.
